Few words from owner
The Samsa house is situated in the quiet area of Rovinj called Borik ("Pinewood") with family homes and a lot of green. You can reach the beach in only 5 minutes on foot (250 m) either on the wood path or through the village.
The holiday house A4+2 for 4 - 6 people has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, toilette and a big terrace on the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony on the first floor. Digital Sat-TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sunshades. Direct approach to garden, specially suitable for families with children.
The apartment A2+2 is situated on the first floor of the adjecent house. It consists of one double bedroom with a balcony, one living room with 2 sofas, dining area, fully equipped kitchen unit, Air Conditioning, digital Sat-TV, WiFi internet, a bathroom and another balcony. Both balconies are equipped with garden furniture and sunshades.
The studio S2 is situated on the same floor and is suitable for 2 people. It is a double bedroom with digital Sat-TV, WiFi internet, Air conditioning and mini-kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony with garden furniture and sun shade.
It is possible to use the washing machine in the basement.
