Detached villa with 4 apartments with a wonderful central location on a quiet street, which is just 5 minutes walk from the beach, town, market, waterfront, marina, sports facilities, hospitals, pharmacies. Each apartment has its own parking space in the garden, large terrace (Ap. 1 and 2) or balcony (Ap. 3 and 4), satellite TV, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room.
