Villa Ribica is a new villa, perfect for a family or a small group of 4 people. It offers you everything you need: swimming pool, TV, Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, air conditioning, balcony. One bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and the other bathroom has a shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room that includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, additional toilet. From the living room there is a direct exit to the terrace with the pool. Outdoors, there is also a barbecue area and a seating area. The house is ecologically sustainable and has a charger for electric vehicles.
