Next neighbour is 100 m distance so the privacy is guaranteed. The villa is consisted of ground floor and first floor. For the rent is ground floor suitable to accommodate 4 + 2 persons with private entrance. Ground floor has: Sleeping room No. 1. 13 m2, Sleeping room No. 2. 12 m2,Living room and kitchen 29 m2, Bathroom No. 1. 6 m2, Bathroom No. 2. 5 m2, Grill room 7 m2, Outdoor kitchen 12 m2, Terrace 70 m2. The parking place is for up to 2 cars. Indoor and outdoor kitchen have all equipment (refrigerator, microwave oven, oven, stow). In the bathroom is wash machine too.
