The property is located in Medulin and it is set 150m from sea and 500m from beach. Medulin is highly frequented place, but the aprtment is in calm area. Villa Pineta has 2 separate apartments, one with 2 bedrooms, one with 3 bedrooms. Both have nice terrasse, big living room with dining table, separate kitchen and one bathroom. Both have private parking for 2 cars. In walking distance there are market, several restaurants and coffee shops.
