Villa Alice is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood Lamanova in Rovinj. Located near the city center, which can be reached quickly on foot. The property has 4 new and well-equipped apartments. The apartments have: towels, refrigerator, satellite TV, air conditioning, internet. The house has a beautiful garden with a barbecue. Free parking spaces available.
